Conceptual Phase

  • Provide advice on compliance with the Building Code of Australia and Australian Standards

Approvals Management

  • Issue complying development certificates and construction certificates for all classifications of development

Post Construction

  • Investigate and prepare reports on the performance of buildings
  • Undertake fire safety inspections and analysis for building upgrades and maintenance

Approvals Management

  • Provide Plans for a Fee Proposal
  • Fee Proposal issued to Client including detailed list of documents and information required to enable MCG to issue the Approval
  • All documents provided and payment made

Approval Stage

  • Finalise Assessment
  • Prepare Approval Documents & Stamp Construction Plans
  • Approval Registered and Issued to Client

Construction Stage

  • Complete Construction works and notify MCG when critical stage inspections are ready
  • Lodge Occupation Certificate Application and Final Inspection completed
  • Occupation Certificate issued to Client
